Large parchment paper

I bought the large parchment paper for a friend and fellow freeze dryer, he was amazed by how well it fit his trays and how much easier it made his freeze drying and cleaning the trays when a batch is done,!! He's sold on it now and like me he will be buying it for all his freeze dryers. Precut parchment paper

I really like having the precut parchment paper to use in my freeze dryer. I use them to line the trays and cover the food to keep any food from touching the upper shelf.
