The roller berry is the fastest way to poke holes in large amounts of berries and beans.  Blueberries, grapes, honeyberries, green beans, snow peas etc. require a hole punctured in them for moisture to escape during the freeze drying process.  The Roller Berry punctures the berries while allowing the whole fruit to be freeze dried.  Custom built for freeze drying process and handmade in the USA.  The long tapered blades easily pierce through fresh berries with speed, approximately 5 lbs. in under 10 minutes.  There are 456 blades that are 3/4″ long, on 19 wheels that rotate independently; symmetrically spaced at 5mm specifically for blueberries.  Every single part is food grade, bacteria resistant stainless steel and dishwasher safe.
