I am brand new to Freeze Drying

I am brand new to Freeze Drying, and have not actually used them as of yet. I have my trays stacked on them already, however, and they seem to be just what the doctor ordered. Im sure these will prove to be very handy as I begin a life of Freeze drying my own foods.
