Are your products made in the USA?
Yes! We’re a family-owned business based in the USA, and many of our products are proudly made in the USA.
Do your products work with all freeze dryers?
Most of our accessories are designed for Harvest Right freeze dryers, but many are compatible with other brands. Please check each product listing for sizing and compatibility.
How quickly do you ship orders?
We ship most orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your package is on its way.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we do! Please note that shipping costs do not include duties, taxes, brokerage, or handling fees. These additional fees are charged by the carrier upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Is shipping refundable if I return my order?
No. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal, return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

How do I know what size Harvest Right freeze dryer I have?
You can determine the size of your Harvest Right freeze dryer by checking the number and size of trays inside:
Small Freeze Dryer
- 3 or 4 trays
- Trays measure 7.75″ W x 14″ L x 0.75″ H
Medium Freeze Dryer
- 4 or 5 trays
- Trays measure 7.5″ W x 18″ L x 0.75″ H
Large Freeze Dryer
- 5 or 6 trays
- Trays measure 9″ W x 20.5″ x 0.75″ H
Extra Large (XL) Freeze Dryer
- 6 or 7
- Trays measure 10.9” W x 29.5” L x 0.75” H
