I'm Brian, founder of The Freeze Drying Community™. I started freeze-drying more than 10 years ago. As I learned more, I saw a need for better accessories to simplify the process. My wife and I started Freeze Drying Supplies™ from a small home office, and gradually grew into a one-stop shop for all things freeze-drying.

Over the years, we've developed products we're genuinely proud of — each one designed to make freeze drying simpler, faster, and more efficient.
