The Drain Hose Protection Grommet installs around the drain hose and slips into the space cut out of the side panel for Harvest Right freeze dryers.  This eliminates any possible hose damage from rubbing against the metal and also holds the hose into a sloped position for better draining.

Drain Hose Protection Grommet

Since I first got my freeze dryer several years ago I have worried about wearing a hole in the drain tube. This protect grommet is just what it needs to keep it from rubber on the metal. Works great and was easy to install even for me at 72.
